Description
After heavy damage during a tornado in 2011, the Boggs Creek Recreation Area was closed to the public. While the timber salvage operation has been completed and the trails are cleared, it remains closed to all camping. Since the Forest Service keeps Boggs Creek stocked with trout, fishing is usually good.
